Joy Wong

Based in sunny Los Angeles, I am a beauty photographer and director specializing in skincare, cosmetics, hair, nails, and jewelry. As a seeker of beauty, my intentions are to create images that capture a sense of whimsy and elegance. I take inspiration in my surroundings, whether it’s the clouds after the rain, the way flowers mimic the elegance of a woman, or how the air smells on a chilly spring morning. I am in love with the process of collaboration and being able to start with an idea, then bring it to life through still or moving imagery.

When I’m not shooting you’ll find me gardening, baking, avoiding LA traffic, or out on a hike with my husband and our three dogs.
